Thai Massage
Thai massage uses gentle pressure on energy lines and yoga-like stretching to relax the whole body on a deeper level. The massage therapist will use their hands, elbows, knees and feet, to push, pull and contract your body. Traditional Thai Massage uses no oils or lotions.
This is Specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated volcanic stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply more quickly.
Deep tissue/ remedial massage relieves tension in the deeper layers of tissue. It is an aggressive technique that releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure.
A warm oil massage combined with an essential oil of your choice. Breathe in the tranquillity of organic essential oils while your body relaxes, and stress slips away.
Thai pregnancy massage is based on the Traditional Thai Massage but specially adjusted for safeties of Pregnancy and to target areas of discomfort such as the legs, back and hips.
